One asset equals one published compliance or sustainability asset for one product. For example, a Digital Product Passport for Product A is one asset, while a REACH declaration for that same product would be a separate asset. Each asset gets its own unique QR code, short URL, and analytics dashboard — so you always know exactly what you are paying for. Updating an asset never costs extra: change your data, re-publish, and the same URL and QR code always show the latest version.

Because a compliance asset is never finished — your products change, your suppliers change, and the regulations themselves change. You are not buying a static file; you are keeping a living asset correct, hosted and verifiable for as long as your market demands it. The fee covers live public pages, QR codes, analytics, hashcode verification, evidence hosting, regulation change alerts, and every update you make — free, as often as you need. You pay annually for simplicity — one invoice, one transaction, less accounting overhead. If you cancel before the year ends, unused months are refunded proportionally. If you add more assets mid-cycle, they’re prorated to align with your existing renewal date. And if you join partway through the cycle, you only pay for the months remaining until renewal — not the full 12. Everything is designed to be fair and predictable.

You pay per asset on an annual billing cycle — €120/year per asset on the pay-as-you-go plan (€10/month equivalent), or significantly less with our Starter and Growth bundles. There are no setup fees, no platform fees, and no hidden charges. You only pay for the assets you actively have published.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time directly from your dashboard. When you upgrade to a bundle, any unused credits from your current billing period carry over. If you downgrade, your existing assets remain active — you simply start the new pricing on your next billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. Yes — the Free Draft plan lets you explore the platform at no cost: create products, enter your data, and publish your first asset free. No credit card required. When you're ready to publish more, upgrade to Pay as you go or a bundle.

If you cancel, your published assets remain publicly accessible as required by regulatory and compliance organisation, giving your customers and partners continued access. During the first 30 day period after cancelling, you can export all your data — assets, analytics, and product information — in standard formats. After 30 days, assets are flagged as "abandoned", but your account data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to return.

Yes, active assets renew automatically each month to ensure uninterrupted access for your customers and supply chain partners. You will receive a reminder email before each billing cycle. You can pause or cancel any individual asset at any time from your dashboard without affecting your other assets.
