One document equals one published compliance or sustainability document for one product. For example, a Digital Product Passport for Product A is one document, while a REACH declaration for that same product would be a separate document. Each document gets its own unique QR code, short URL, and analytics dashboard — so you always know exactly what you are paying for.

You pay annually for simplicity — one invoice, one transaction, less accounting overhead. The annual fee covers the upcoming 12 months of service: live public pages, QR codes, analytics, hashcode verification, and continuous framework updates. If you cancel before the year ends, unused months are refunded proportionally. If you add more documents mid-cycle, they're prorated to align with your existing renewal date. And if you join partway through the cycle, you only pay for the months remaining until renewal — not the full 12. Everything is designed to be fair and predictable.

You pay per document on an annual billing cycle — €120/year per document on the pay-as-you-go plan (€10/month equivalent), or significantly less with our Starter and Growth bundles. There are no setup fees, no platform fees, and no hidden charges. You only pay for the documents you actively have published.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time directly from your dashboard. When you upgrade to a bundle, any unused credits from your current billing period carry over. If you downgrade, your existing documents remain active — you simply start the new pricing on your next billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. If you cancel, your published documents remain publicly accessible as required by regulatory and compliance organisation, giving your customers and partners continued access. During the first 30 day period after cancelling, you can export all your data — documents, analytics, and product information — in standard formats. After 30 days, documents are flagged as "abandonded", but your account data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to return.

Yes, active documents renew automatically each month to ensure uninterrupted access for your customers and supply chain partners. You will receive a reminder email before each billing cycle. You can pause or cancel any individual document at any time from your dashboard without affecting your other documents.

Our Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with larger volumes. Per-document pricing scales down as you grow: from ~€5 at 50 documents (Growth Pack) to ~€1 at 6,000+ documents.
