What counts as one certificate?
One certificate equals one published compliance document for one product. For example, a Digital Product Passport for Product A is one certificate, while a REACH declaration for that same product would be a separate certificate. Each certificate gets its own unique QR code, short URL, and analytics dashboard — so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
Are there monthly fees or subscriptions?
No monthly subscription fees. You pay per certificate on a simple monthly billing cycle — €10/month per certificate on the pay-as-you-go plan, or significantly less with our Starter and Growth bundles. There are no setup fees, no platform fees, and no hidden charges. You only pay for the certificates you actively have published.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time directly from your dashboard. When you upgrade to a bundle, any unused credits from your current billing period carry over. If you downgrade, your existing certificates remain active — you simply start the new pricing on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. Enterprise customers can also arrange bank transfer and custom invoicing — contact our sales team to discuss your needs.
Is there a free trial?
We are planning a free trial as part of our launch so you can explore the platform before committing. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when it becomes available. Early waitlist members will also receive exclusive launch pricing that will not be available later.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, your published certificates remain publicly accessible for 30 days, giving your customers and partners continued access. During that period you can export all your data — certificates, analytics, and product information — in standard formats. After 30 days, certificates are unpublished but your account data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to return.
Do certificates renew automatically?
Yes, active certificates renew automatically each month to ensure uninterrupted access for your customers and supply chain partners. You will receive a reminder email before each billing cycle. You can pause or cancel any individual certificate at any time from your dashboard without affecting your other certificates.
What if I need more than 50 certificates?
Our Enterprise plan is designed for organizations with larger volumes. We offer custom volume pricing that scales with your needs, along with dedicated support, custom integrations, and a personal account manager. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote — most Enterprise customers see per-certificate costs well below our standard plans.
Are there any discounts for startups or NGOs?
Yes, we offer special pricing for early-stage startups, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your payment details on our servers. All transactions are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your financial data is encrypted end-to-end and never touches our infrastructure.
