By joining the Sustalium waitlist or using our website, you agree to these preliminary terms. When the platform expands the participation pool, you will be required to accept our full Terms of Service before creating an account.
Waitlist Participation
By joining our waitlist, you understand that:
- Early access is not guaranteed and will be granted in phases
- Pricing and features may change before launch
- We may contact you via email with updates and launch notifications
- You can unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time
Service Description
Sustalium is a SaaS platform for creating and managing Digital Product Passports (DPPs) to help businesses comply with EU regulations including ESPR and the Green Deal.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sustalium B.V. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
During the waitlist/pre-launch phase, this website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
