Every published document gets a unique QR code that links to its public verification page. You can download QR codes in SVG or PNG format for packaging, labels, and marketing materials. Scanning the code lets anyone verify the certificate instantly.

Yes. You can update compliance & sustainability data at any time. The public verification page always reflects the latest version, and previous versions are kept in the audit trail for traceability.

There is no hard limit on the number of products in your workspace. Pricing is based on published certificates, not products, so you can import and manage your full catalogue regardless of plan.

One compliance & sustainability document is a single published Sustalium Template compliance or sustainability document linked to one product, service or company. Updating an existing document does not count as a new compliance & sustainability document.Publishing a Lab test result or 3rd party audit, by itself, is free.

Sustalium offers monthly subscription plans, billed annually. Subscriptions include a monthly document allowance, live web page, analytics and access to advanced features.

Yes. New accounts include a timed set of free credits so you can create and publish your first compliance & sustainability documents at no cost.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately. Unused credits from pay-as-you-go packs carry over.

Yes. Sustalium is fully GDPR compliant. We process only the personal data necessary to operate the service, provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on request, and support data subject rights including access, rectification, and deletion.
